According to data from the General Administration of Customs collated by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, in April 2025, the export value of automotive parts and components reached US$8.02 billion, a month-on-month decrease of 3.7% and a year-on-year increase of 6.3%.

From January to April 2025, the cumulative export value of automotive parts and components reached USD 31 billion, marking a year-on-year increase of 4.8%.

In April, the total import and export volume of automobile products amounted to USD 23.09 billion, marking a month-on-month increase of 6.8% and a year-on-year decrease of 2.2%. Specifically, the export value stood at USD 19.39 billion, representing a month-on-month growth of 6.9% and a year-on-year increase of 5.3%.
